Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time Virtual Personal Assistant role. As a remote team member, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence
- Liaise with financial institutions to facilitate deposits and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform occasional errands, such as store visits, as required
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related field is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently in a home-based office environment
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in digital communication tools
- Currently residing in Canada
Working Conditions:
- Part-time position, 3-4 hours per day
- Remote work arrangement, with occasional errands required
- Flexible scheduling, with core hours to be determined
Compensation:
- Competitive weekly compensation: $600
