We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Office Admin. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule of 3-4 hours per day, Monday-Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars and schedule appointments
* Answer phones and emails
* Prepare presentations and reports
* Organize and maintain files
* Provide administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Compensation:
* Hourly rate of $18.00-$30.00 per hour
* Weekly allowance for expenses
