Job Posting: Administrative Assistant – Legal Services (Part-Time)
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Our small but busy legal services company in Saskatoon is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support both office operations and court-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a legal environment.
Responsibilities:
• General office administration, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Handling phone and email inquiries professionally
• Assisting with court-related tasks, including filing and delivering legal documents
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Gmail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in an administrative or legal setting is an asset but not required – training will be provided
