This role is to act as an assistant to me for my various projects. Ideally I need someone to complete my administrative tasks including sending customer service emails, preparing invoices and completing certificates.
In the beginning, this role will take up to 5 hours/week, but can quickly change to 10 to 15 hours. In the beginning and while training, I would need you to come to my home to work. Once I feel you are comfortable, this can become a work from home role. This also has the potential to become a full time role if it is a good fit.
You have to be:
1. Reliable!! This is of utmost importance. Cancellations or no shows will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification
2. Have a working laptop and a secure wifi connection
3. A car to get to my place for the first few months of work (I live in the Tuxedo/Charleswood area) as I need you to access my laptop and my drives.
