We are looking for a male to live in our home that is a short walk to southland mall. The room has a full size bed, dresser, computer table & chair, a long with a tv and small fridge. Rent includes a lunch which can be bagged along with a sit down supper, it also includes laundry done once a week and floors cleaned and bedding changed.It also includes the utilities, wifi and streaming for the tv. There is no smoking or substance useage allowed on the property. Preference will be given to working / student or senior male.
