We are looking for a male person to rent a room coming available in our home on August 01/24 in south albert park area - short walk to southland mall, for any shopping or bus routes or movies a person may want. The room has a full size bed, dresser, computer table & chair, along with a Tv, and small fridge. Rent includes a lunch which can be bagged and a supper, along with weekly laundry done and the floors cleaned and bedding changed.It also includes the utilities and wifi and streaming for the tv to watch over 20,000 movies, or any sports could ever want to watch. The home is smoke free and no substance useage allowed on the property. We do have 2 small very friendly pomeranian dogs that live on the lower level/ front door area. Preference will be given either a working male/ student or a senior, that would consider long term .
