Location: Knight St and 28th Ave, Vancouver, there is a bus stop on Knight St 1 min from the house, 30 minutes to Downtown. 15 min transit to Nanaimo Station (sky train station), 10 minute transit to all banks, entertainments and groceries.

You will be sharing the house with roommates. They do not smoke or drink alcoholic, no drugs, no parties, no loud music, no pets and no smoking inside.

#1 One room on the main floor for $880 for one person. The monthly rent is including all utilities and WIFI.

All the tenants have to take turn to follow the clean up schedules.

I would prefer mature students.
People with working visa and full time employee are very welcome.
