You will be sharing the house with roommates who are engineers in their late 20s, they do not smoke or drink alcoholic, no drugs, no parties, no loud music, no pets and no smoking inside.

#1 One room on the upper floor for $1260 for one person or for $1450 for two people. The monthly rent is including all utilities and WIFI

All the tenants have to take turn to follow the clean up schedules.

I would prefer mature students .
People with working visa and full time employee are very welcome.
