Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator WITH CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties (include but not limited to):

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, travel arrangements)

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in phone systems
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Proficient in file management systems
