Adminisrative Assistant needed for property management office

Hiring immediately, an administative assistant with experience. English and French required.
Microsoft office, word, excel experience a must. 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, occasional weekend.
Customer service experience a must, personable, professional appearance required.
Duties include taking calls for rentals, taking applications, processing applications and preparing leases. Showing available apartments.
TAL experience an asset. Collection of rents each month. A firm, yet tactful demeanor is required .
Sales experience an asset. Comfortable with dealing with the public and trades is essential. Salary is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour.
