Seeking an Admin Assistant for Travality Consulting
located in Winnipeg.
In this position, you will assist in providing clerical support to us. You will perform a variety of general administrative functions in this role but will be expected to learn our processes quickly in order to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Provide incoming call support 2 to 3 times a week
- Perform document scanning as needed
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work at least 10 hours; overtime is available if needed
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; advanced Excel and Word preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Pay: $29.00 per hour.
