Belmar Consulting is looking for a full time Office Admin/Assistant with a strong can-do attitude to join its Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing notices, making leases, placing ads for vacant units.
Conducting market surveys.
Answering incoming calls and transferring them.
Filing and sorting the incoming mail.
Preparing rent increases and making letters to the residents.
Maintaining office supply levels and ordering as needed.
Maintaining maintenance order logs, and any other office duties that come up.
Complete expense reports, reconcile billings for legal counsel, ensuring timely and accurate submission, according to corporate guidelines.
Provide support to Administrative colleagues regularly as needed.
Discretely manage confidential and non-routine information.
Create and maintain effective filing systems. This includes handling projects in the office as needed.
Other duties as assigned or directed by management.
