**Job Description:**

Renospark is seeking motivated and responsible high school students aged 16-20 to join our team as Part-Time Lead Generation Assistants. This role is perfect for students who want to gain work experience, develop their communication skills, and earn commission-based pay.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Generate leads by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
- Engage with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information and ensuring they meet our criteria.
