Position: Online Retail Store Promoter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Retail Store Promoter. In this role, you will be responsible for driving traffic to our online store and increasing sales through effective promotional strategies. Your efforts will directly impact our growth, and you will be rewarded with 10% of the weekly sales generated through your promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to promote Active Edge Athletics' products.
Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic to the store.
Create engaging and persuasive content to attract potential customers and encourage them to make purchases.
Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Engage with customers and respond to inquiries on social media and other online platforms.
Report on weekly sales figures and promotional activities to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in online marketing, social media promotion, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the athletic and fitness industry is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative promotional ideas.
Compensation:
