How you'll help:
• Assign available customer loads to available units using the most cost-effective solution while respecting HOS Regulations, Driver Home Time, Capacity Management and Company mandated RPM.
• Maintain high vehicle utilization percentage and driver miles
• Build load requirement forecast projecting needed freight by location and asset
• Provide customers with quotes
• Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone or email) in a professional and timely manner.
• On-board new customers and service live customers
• Build strong relationships with customers & drivers
