We are looking to hire office admin for our business in Brampton.
You will be responsible for managing office activities for organization.
Responsiblities
• Manage admin work, calls and emails.
• Maintaining record sheets on excel.
• Maintaining calendar.
• Perform other office tasks ( social media and updates)
Qualifications
Must be available Mon-Fri
Previous experience in office positions
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Familiar with office, outlook and excel.
25- 30 hours every week
Pay rate is $18 per hour (depending on experience)
