We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Dental Receptionists at our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic in Oakville. Applicants must be experienced in customer service and have a background in a dental office setting. Familiarity with dental/medical terminology is beneficial.

We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented individual who excels in clear communication and possesses a professionally friendly demeanour. The responsibilities of this role include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with registering patient information, generating invoices, preparing correspondence, managing dental insurance procedures, and handling patient accounts and receivables.

Candidates should be quick learners with proficiency in computer technology. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, a passion for helping others, and the ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with our patients and over the phone.
