Looking for a full-time applicant to work for our Property Management business in Georgetown. Previous experience in the Office Field would be an asset for this position. Will train someone who can adapt to line of work.
Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining Daily Emails. Must be able to work independently and proactively to improve systems, processes, and efficiency -Maintain the client database to make sure that the information is updated and accessible -General administrative duties such as creating emails and correspondence, filing, photocopying/scanning, data entry, managing phone calls, and client schedules -Organize and maintain filing systems, archives, and electronic files.
Qualifications: Strong command on the English language. -Ability to multitask -Ability to work with minimal supervision -Excellent organization & time management skills - Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email and internet – Additional duties will be assigned as needed and will train on industry related platforms.
