Responsibilities:
Tour Narration and Customer Service:
• Narrate engaging and informative tours through the islands, ensuring a memorable experience for all passengers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, answering their questions, assisting with photo opportunities, and serving refreshments.
• Handle ticket sales efficiently, explaining ticket details, guiding passengers on where to line up, and managing pick-up and drop-off procedures.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Participate in daily cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the boat.
• Ensure all areas are clean and tidy at the end of each day's operations.
Party Cruise Duties (Weekend Nights):
• Assist in ensuring all guests are safe and enjoying their experience during night-time party cruises.
• Perform barback duties including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Replace garbage bags and manage waste disposal efficiently.
Requirements:
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must enjoy being outdoors and adaptable to varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work late hours on weekends.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
