Are you a dynamic and persuasive individual with a knack for building relationships and driving brand awareness? Metanoia Cafe and Dessert Bar is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Promoter to help us expand our presence and attract new customers to our high-end cafés known for exceptional espresso drinks and exquisite desserts.

Position: Brand Promoter

Location: 110 Marine Parade, Unit 7, Etobicoke (Remote work options available)

About Us:
At Metanoia Cafe and Dessert Bar, we are passionate about creating exceptional experiences with our premium espresso drinks and delectable desserts. We are opening new café locations and looking to establish strong relationships within the community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call potential clients and businesses to introduce our brand and offerings
Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
Identify and secure new accounts and partnerships to drive traffic to our locations, retail sales, and catering contracts.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
Represent our brand at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings
Maintain and update a database of potential leads and client interactions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
Provide regular reports on outreach activities and outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Flexibility to travel locally and attend events as needed
A passion for the food and beverage industry and a genuine enthusiasm for our brand
