Hi, I'm a student looking for a room while I go to school. I am very quiet, clean and get along great with anyone I have as a room mate. I am easy to talk to approach about what's required for the upkeep, I always clean up after myself, and I would be very respectful the whole time I am there. I'm looking to move in as soon as possible. I need a parking space for my car as well as someone who wouldn't mind me keeping my cat in my room with me.
