2 females who work for a cleaning company (have manager references) and also receive a second income through government looking for either a large area where 2 beds can fit or 2 separate bedrooms available. must be pet friendly for 2 small dogs (non invasive species).
all inclusive would be ideal & we both have no problem sharing amenities with tenants who may already be in the location available!
both can afford about 5/600 each & would be able to combine our income to pay the rent total. we are quiet, do not party and have very minimal friends who would visit on the minimal days we aren't busy at work.
our income from cleaning fluctuates as it's through a private company but averages about 3/400$ weekly sometimes more depending on any tips made, or last minute clients added in.
