Full time position of Administrative Assistant
-Must be PR or Citizen
-Assist in the daily servicing of clients and support other agency activities on an as-needed basis
-Check logs for all city drivers, accounting paper works
-Coordinating with Safety Department to maintain all necessary documents up-to dated
-Answer and make phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, organize folders, print and scan materials, retrieve or drop off materials
-Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
-Prefer to have some knowledge about Trucking Company Work
SKILLS
-Responsible
-Must be PR or Citizen
-English Proficiency in Speaking and Writing
-Bilingual (MUST know – Hindi or Punjabi)
-Excellent multitasking ability
-Organized
-Attention to detail
-Positive and motivated attitude, willing to learn and take direction
-Punctual
-Organizational and interpersonal skills
-Computer skills
-Transportation with valid insurance and license required
-Microsoft Office proficiency is a MUST
Job Types: Full-time – 9AM to 5:30PM
Experience: Administrative Assistant: 1 year preferred but no necessary
Pay – Minimum Standard
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Driver's License (Preferred)
