Job duties：
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activates of wholesale and retail;
- Develop long-term business strategies that align with the customer and company long-term goals;
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales;
- Develop, determine annual strategic business plans and budgets, monitor revenues and expenses;
- Create, develop, and maintain a professional working relationship with long-lasting customers;
- Deliver account gross margin and volume targets by effectively managing current business as well as building new category volume;
- Prospect new business opportunities through new category development and new product initiatives;
- Manage all aspects of the key account function including pricing and promotional plans, new product presentations.

Additional Requirement:
- 3 years selling experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing key accounts or distributors
- Initiating Action & responds quickly
- Strong track record of excellence in achieving sales and margin targets
- Dependable and team oriented with a proven ability to build internal and external relationships
- Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
