We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistance for our landscaping company. Duties are as follows:
- Monitor and tracking Employees Time Sheets
- Call and Schedule appointments with clients for our sales team
- Monitor and manage company revenue and expenses on a day to day operation.
- Dispatch Sales team for appointments with clients
- Office paperwork daily filing
- Ability to function independently
- Honest and willing to work flexible schedule
Someone with her own vehicle would be ideal.
Qualification:
-Passionate about business operation.
-Ability to communicate with our clients, management, sales team and other employees.
-Ability to work under intense pressure and able to manage her time well.
Working: Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 - 5:00pm 8 hour shifts
May work from home at times.
