Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for the role of Team Manager to join our dynamic team. This position involves managing a kiosk within premier retail environments such as malls, stores, or events, with a primary focus on finalizing orders for our esteemed home services. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating customer interest in a precise and professional manner, with a key objective of optimizing customer retention while mitigating cancellation risks. This role offers lucrative commissions exceeding those of the Lead Generation position.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 1 year experience leading a sales team, including effective coaching, mentoring and team development across various domains including field, retail, door-to-door, and telephone sales
-Minimum of 1 year sales experience required. (Field, retail, door to door, telephone, etc)
-Sales Leadership: Possess the ability to open up and develop successful and long term business opportunities
-Proficient English speaking and writing skills. Must be able to accurately type information into a computer.
-Train, and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment
-Possess the initiative and ability to memorize information regarding our products and services, and describe them accurately to potential customers
-Excellent customer service skills. Must be professional and polite at all times.
-Strong conflict resolution skills. Handle objections respectfully and provide customer solutions.
-Agent must be punctual and committed to their schedules. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated.
-Ability to commute within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with travel times of up to 30-40 minutes via subway or bus.
Hours
-Full-time on weekdays.
Pay
-Base commission structure
-Commission paid every 2 weeks for installed sales
-2-week notice required before quitting, return of all materials (e.g., iPad) mandatory before the payment
