Uniglobe Carefree Travel, Western Canada's premiere travel agency, is hiring full time corporate supervisor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Courtenay, British Columbia.

As a Corporate Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate travel operations. You'll be responsible for training new staff, maintaining communication standards, and improving overall processes. This is a full-time position during regular business hours with a competitive salary based on experience, full benefits, and potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve supplier, contract, or training-related issues for our corporate travel team.

Training and Development:
Train new staff thoroughly in corporate travel booking procedures and standards.

Communication Efficiency:
Ensure consistent and efficient communication practices.

Tool and Script Management:
Oversee the effective use of booking tools and scripts, including coordination with relevant departments for updates.

Issue Escalation and Collaboration:
Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate across teams for seamless operations.

Training Materials and Process Improvement:
Keep training materials up to date and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Coaching and Mentoring:
Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team performance and skills.

Travel and Technology Knowledge:
Utilize knowledge of Sabre and other relevant technologies like Clientbase, Trams, Core, and Grasp for efficient operations.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of related travel industry experience is required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time during regular business hours . In office preferred, with potential for remote or hybrid work.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a customer and team-centric approach to work.
