We are looking for a kind, humble, & competent Receptionist for an office in Aurora, Ontario (near Richmond Hill).

Currently, we have an excellent Administrative Assistant (who we adore), however we need someone to assist her with her workload & substitute when she is absent or unavailable. START ASAP!

This is a great position for someone who would like to supplement their income or slowly climb the "corporate ladder", as there is room for growth within the business, only at a slower pace (work frequency).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications include: Good communication, multitasking, social skills, organization, problem solving skills, fast learning, emotional intelligence, positive "can-do" attitude, confidence (not pride), professionalism & a willingness to learn. We prefer someone who lives close to the area & is able to easily get to work.

PAY:

9:00 am-4:00 pm. $18.50 per hour or ($130 per day) paid weekly. (Tips given for quality work).

FREQUENCY:

1-2 times per week. (It may not seem like much, but overtime it will improve for the right person).
