Inside Sales Rep/Logistics Coordinator

Rhino Wear Products is looking for a qualified "Inside Sales Rep/Logistics Coordinator".

Requirements are as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls.
• Entering orders into the system and ensure goods meet customer requirements.
• Receiving of incoming parts and accurately warehousing.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Picking and packaging of parts for shipping to customers.
• Arrange transport and packaging of materials.
• Handle import/export processes.
• Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products and use that knowledge to optimize sales with each customer.
• Providing product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes.
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Running counter sales and returns as required.
• Follow up with customers for open quotes.
• Managing and updating the sales database.
Skills and Competencies
• Exceptional customer service; having a sole focus on excellent product, excellent service, and excellent experience.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships and generate referrals from your customers.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Time management & multitasking skills.
• Strong networking skills, outgoing personality.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Email etc…).
• Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
• Proven ability to learn quickly.
• Highly energetic and self-starter.
• Spoken English with good dictation over the phone.
• Monitoring and tracking software.
• Electronic scheduler.
Qualifications/Experience
• Minimum grade 12 education required.
• Minimum of two years sales experience (counter sales, inside sales).
• Industry product knowledge.
• 1 – 2 years' experience in a service dispatch environment.
• Inventory management experience.
