Qualifications:

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
\\n
\\n- Demonstrated skills leading and mentoring diverse groups of individuals.
\\n- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\\n- Detailed, accurate and results-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of services.
\\n- Intermediate computer skills with a comfort level in working with equipment monitoring systems.
\\n- Advance diagnostic skills in both heavy and light equipment.
\\n- Excellent relationship building skills.
\\n- Previous knowledge and experience working with equipment and part vendors.
\\n- Ability to travel frequently.
\\n- Experience working in remote northern regions is an asset.
\\n

\\n
Work Experience and Education:
\\n
\\n- Five (5) years' of progressive supervisory experience in a related position.
\\n- Post-secondary education from a recognized post-secondary facility in the Heavy Equipment field.
\\n- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Ticket is required.
\\n
\\n
