Salary range: $44,424.94 to $54,442.81 annually

Responsibilities

What you will be doing…

• Utilize Peoplesoft Campus Solutions and Peoplesoft Finance to provide support for Administrative Services staff with regards to student financial data, issue resolution, and general student account updates.
• Other responsibilities include being the first point of contact for staff and students requiring Central Student Finance support.
• Processing student refund requests, and managing student account information.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:

• The minimum educational qualification for this position is a College Diploma.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of recent and related occupational experience in finance or accounting. Experience in accounting procedures, analytical review, and compiling financial reports as required.
• You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), and E-mail.
• You are comfortable working in a digital environment and take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
• Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.
• Experience working in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset.
