Condo is Located downtown, close to everything (Quadra/Johnson area). Large southwest facing balcony with Barbecue, outdoor furniture, and umbrella for shade. There is a communal rooftop deck as well.

Inside has a gas fireplace, laundry, fridge, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. The suite is non-smoking. I'm 63 years, fun loving, nice, semi-retired from advertising agencies as a Creative Director. I enjoy doing projects, golfing, happy hour and recently purchased a wooden kayak that I am refinishing (offsite). I like watching sports, playing/listening to music, art, and creative things.
