The suite will be furnished but it's currently empty as it is being renovated. Room is unfurnished but can be furnished with a bed, dresser and desk if needed.

The rent is $1000/month. It inlcudes wifi & utilites. Extra $200 for furnished. Security deposit is required.

Sadly, there are already 2 dogs on the property as well as cats but all other pets will be considered. Would possibly consider a cat if it was the right fit.
