We require an individual to work fulltime evenings, with two disabled individuals in their own home. The hours are shift work and will be varied. You will be expected to work weekends and some holidays as well when required. The shifts are 3 on, 3 off. Rate of pay is $22/hr and $16.35 for sleepovers if needed.
You will be assisting with household management, medication delivery, cooking, laundry, personal care, physical therapy , companionship and community access as required.
We are looking for a candidate that is flexible in their availability, strong, easy going and fun.
Someone who likes country music, cooking, going for walks, entertaining, knowledgeable about social media and electronics, will be a strong contender. Language is a barrier in this home and we require that our candidate speaks clear fluent English.
You will be required to provide a standard first aid certificate and a clean criminal record check for the Venerable Sector within 3 weeks of your start date. Alert: This household has cats and a dog. So those with allergies be aware.
