Northern Lights Ranch is a group home located 6km from Hythe. We are currently looking to hire a casual/ partime employee for NIGHTSHIFT.
We are looking for group home employees to support our individuals in all day to day tasks; at home and in the community, while also promoting their independence, personal choice and self-reliance. Night shift work involves less interaction with the individuals and more cleaning and cooking. Some individuals have medical needs that must be monitored.
Experience working in the disability or healthcare sector would be an asset, but it is NOT REQUIRED.
