Job Description:Job Description 1. Reports To: Under the supervision of the Property Manager and the management authority of the Board of Directors. 2. Job Overview The Administrative Assistant supports the Property Manager by performing member services, financial information processing, and office administration. 3. Remuneration: $20 - $24 / hr. (depending on qualifications and experience) plus HST if applicable. Twenty hours (20) per week, on site. 04. Main DutiesAnswers incoming phone calls and e-mails.Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.Collects deposits, housing, and parking fees.Controls Petty cash,Processes and updates Rent-geared-to-income files (training provided),Receives and forwards daily mail/deliveries,Maintain files and records.Utilize office equipment such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.Monitor stocks of office supplies and order material for filling shortages.Perform other office duties as assigned. 7. QualificationsEducation level: High school diploma.Experience: proven experience in office work.Working knowledge of office devices and processes. 8. Working conditions Flexible working arrangements.
