The Position
We are currently seeking a full time, preferably bilingual Administrator/ Data Entry Clerk. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support duties in varying capacities. You must be available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Other related experience would be a significant asset. You will have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, be organized, strong technology and software skills and possess great communication skills. You will be working in a progressive environment that relies heavily on new technology. Adept working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a Microsoft Windows environment is essential.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
• Review, verify and manage data entries using specialized software, digital files and databases
• Printing and assembly of letters, financial reports, seasonal tax returns, and other supporting documents
• Implementation and oversight of internal client management software
• Manage contacts in various systems
• Proactively reach out to clients as necessary to gather additional information or clarify information
• Reception coverage duties including and not limited to answering phones and directing calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing and distributing mail
• Preparing and distributing internal and external letters
• Other special projects as necessary
• Other administrative duties as needed
