New Earth Landscaping & Renovations is rapidly growing and is looking for full time people to join our team! This is not a seasonal job specifically as we do renovations in the winter and can offer yearly work to the right person/ people.

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of landscape projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in performing various landscape construction.
- Plan and execute landscape construction projects, including building gardens, installing irrigation systems, and constructing outdoor structures
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements and identify any potential issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, construction, and installation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
