We are in search of an experienced line cook with a passion for food to join our culinary team. Fast paced, energetic working environment. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-setting up and stocking stations for service
-food preparation
-working with fresh local ingredients
-preparing and cooking menu items in cooperation with rest of culinary team
-understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
-speed and accuracy in executing given tasks
-commitment to impeccable food presentation and consistency
-knowledge of food safety and sanitation
