The East Selkirk Early Learning Centre requires an ECE II to join our team for an 18 month maternity leave position ( with a strong possibility to extend to permanent full time). We are a brand new center located in East Selkirk. This position would be working in a preschool room with 16 children.
The successful candidate will:
-Be a fun, caring, energetic individual who values play and the outdoors
-Have the ability to work with a team effectively
-Be classified as an ECE II or III in the Province of Manitoba
-Be legal to work in Canada
-Have or be willing to obtain current First Aid and CPR
-Submit to criminal record and child abuse registry checks
-Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Have own transportation as we are not on a bus route
-Circle of Security training would be an asset but is not required
