We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pizza Chef to join LAVA PIZZA AND WINGS
Responsibilities:
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes.
Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings in appropriate quantities and arrangements.
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment effectively.
Monitor pizzas during cooking to ensure proper baking and appearance.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Customize pizzas based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
Answering calls and taking order via phone.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed,
