Job Summary:

Advance your Career! We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver Instructor to join our team at Durham Truck and Forklift Driving School LTD.

Experienced and Certified Instructors preferred.

Do you have 5 years AZ experience and want to advance your driving career?

Willing to train and invest in the right candidate who wants to take the next step in their truck driving career and become a Certified Truck Driver Instructor. Must have 5 years verifiable AZ experience. Must be able to shift 10 speed manual. Additionally applicant must have LESS than 4 Demerit points.

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to multi-task when required
- Posses the ability to follow detail lesson plans, and assist in record keeping for students
- Conduct training sessions for new truck drivers, both in the classroom and on the road
- Provide tutoring and guidance to help drivers improve their skills
- Communicate safety procedures and regulations clearly and effectively
- Educate drivers on best practices for vehicle maintenance and operation
- Clean and Fuel trucks daily

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Truck Driver Trainer or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and mentor new drivers
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner
- Ability to teach in various methods, to ensure full understanding of educational content
