Hourly rate: $43.45

DUTIES:
•Supporting continuous improvement initiatives including pump installation,
maintenance, and repair.
.Undertaking routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing hydraulic and
pneumatic problems with associated equipment
•Installing and fitting pipework, bearings, align gears, connect couplings and belts to
precise tolerances
•Maintaining P&F Conveyors
•Undertaking preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment
•Responding to emerging situations, offering solutions and ideas to problems
•Performing maintenance of welding machines (mig, stick, and copper brazing)

SKILLS:
•Must be able to read, interpret, and utilize blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing
guides, and maintenance manuals
•Must be able to work from ladders, man lifts, and in confined spaces
•Excellent pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
•Experience with replacing bearings, shafts, pulleys, cylinders etc.
•Machine shop skills: lathe, mill, grinder
•Heavy duty machinery maintenance rebuilding
•Must be able to work 12-hour rotating continental (days, nights, weekends)

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience ideally from an industrial/manufacturing environment and be a certified Millwright/Industrial Mechanic (Red Seal) and have completed a certified apprenticeship in the same trade. A proactive problem solver you will have excellent communication and team working skills.
