With years of experience owning and coaching at a CrossFit gym, I've honed my skills in guiding individuals towards their best selves. My journey includes representing my country in two World Championships in powerlifting and securing a National Title. Additionally, I've earned a Pro Card in Strongman and currently compete on the Canadian Pro Circuit.
