Looking for 20 acres under an hour from Edmonton city limits. $300 and under depending on lot size and amenities available. Preferably parkland county. Have seen a few properties up to a quarter section in the area in this price range but need at least 20 acres for our family. Quite a few sale signs but no listings with info on the internet. Willing to pay subdiving fees and work with land owners who might have large parcels for farming.
