Ah-So Sushi is seeking a skilled and talented Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for sushi and is committed to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present sushi dishes in accordance with the company standards
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Train and manage kitchen staff, as needed

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef
• In-depth knowledge of sushi and techniques for preparing it
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new sushi recipes
