Roles and Duties:
Accounts Receivable:
o Invoicing
o processing payments received
o Proactively monitor and follow up on over due accounts receivable
Accounts Payable:
o Processing bills and other expenses, recording and monitoring bill payment status.
Other Administration tasks:
o Posting time sheets onto Excel file.
o Back up other team members in their absence as determined by senior management.
o Filing.
o Other tasks assigned by management.
