A former Olympian, Pan Am Games Gold Medalist, and Gold medal winner of the Pan American Judo Championships. He was also a former head coach of the Ontario Judo Team, and served 7 years on the National Coaching Staff (producing World & Olympic medalists).
Wayne conducts and instructs all of the sessions, ranging from new beginners to advanced levels.
Judo is terrific for self-defence, physical fitness, building confidence, and so much more.
