AD EXPIRED: Used bike, with tires for winter and cargo rack

Price: $269 | I've decided to sell my hybrid Specialized bicycle, which has the classic Hardrock frame (lightweight) and 26" wheels. I've recently put money into the bike with tune-ups and installing a rack on the back. New, it sells for approximately $750. As a hybrid bike, it's useful for commuting and can be used in winter conditions. I'm only selling it because I'm moving to Vancouver, and I'm sad to part with it.
