A room is available in the Basement . It is personal space not a sharing room for only $420 per month. It is very good for 1 person. Though we have a curtin on 1 side & wall on other 3, privacy is maintained for everyone.
We are 2 more guys in the basement and maintain a very clean , tidy & noise free basement. We prefer person who can mai tain same decoram as us and enjoy staying in a Quiet place.
